日本語塾（以下、本サービス）入塾・受講にあたりサービス内容・サービスポリシー・個人情報の利用等に関する規約についてご確認いただき、同意の上、本サービスにお申込みいただきますようお願いいたします。なお、下記のフォームへの記入、申込をもって本サービスへの同意があったとみなし、その後のサービス運営はサービスポリシーに従うものとします。

◆ Service contents ◆

Our Nihongo Juku service provides the following services.

・Applicant hearing (self-analysis assist)

・Visa Consultants

・Support for making CV/ Resume for applicant

・Support for photography for job hunting

・Providing textbook for interviews

・Interview preparation course

・Business manner course

・Grooming check

・Business communication guidance

・Interview assistance

◆サービスポリシー◆

本サービスは以下のポリシーに従い提供されます。

・本サービスは日本で就職を考える在日外国人に対し、就職活動において必要となる技能・知識を身につけるための講座を提供するものである

・本サービス申込者は入国管理法を順守する身分であることを明らかにするため在留カード・パスポート等の身分情報を提供しなければならない

・本サービスにおける講座は主に対面（大阪）、もしくはオンライン（全国対応可）で行われる

・下記申込フォーム記入後、費用入金完了次第サービスが開始される

・本サービスでは、入金された授業料等の費用については一切返金に応じることができない。

・本サービス申込後の解約については、申込者の申し出によりいつでも可能である。ただし、途中解約によるすでに支払った費用の全額または一部の返金は一切行わないものとする。

・本サービスでは円滑な授業運営を行う目的で下記の禁止事項を設ける。下記の禁止事項に違反する行為を行った場合、弊社の判断によりサービス提供の中断・中止・退塾を勧告することができるものとする。なお、その際は中止等の理由について申込者より開示があった場合は回答する。

◇禁止事項◇

・弊社及び本サービスについて危害または損害を加える行為・行動・言動をとった場合

・弊社及び本サービスに関する情報の第三者に対する提供等により弊社が危害・損害等を被った場合

・授業・講座・面接等の約束の日時に無断で遅刻または欠席した場合

・必要な連絡に対して1週間以上連絡が取れず、弊社サービスを中止したと考えられる場合

・必要な費用の支払いが遅延または支払われなかった場合

※なお、上記の禁止事項によるサービス提供の中断から再開する場合に、教育的観点から反省文等の資料の提出を求め、提出資料を検討したうえで再開の可否を判断する場合がある

◆Service Policy◆

This service is provided according to the following policy.

・This service provides foreigners living in Japan who are thinking of finding employment in Japan with courses to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for job hunting.

・Applicants of this service must provide identification information such as residence card and passport to clarify that they are in compliance with the Immigration Control Act.

・Courses in this service are mainly held face-to-face (Osaka) or online (available nationwide)

・After completing the application form below, the service will be started as soon as the payment of expenses is completed.

・This service cannot refund any paid tuition fees.

・Cancellation after applying for this service can be made at any time by request of the applicant. However, we will not refund the full amount or part of the already paid expenses due to the cancellation.

・This service has the following prohibited items for the purpose of smooth class management. If any of the following prohibitions are violated, it is possible to recommend the suspension or withdrawal of service at our discretion. At that time, if the applicant discloses the reason for the cancellation, etc., we will reply.

◇ Prohibited matters ◇

・When you take actions that cause harm or damage to our company and this service

・When our company suffers harm or damage by providing information about our company and this service to a third party.

・If you are late or absent without notice at the scheduled date for classes, courses, interviews, etc.

・If you cannot contact us for a week or more, and you think that you have stopped our service.

・If payment of necessary expenses is delayed or not paid.

*When resuming from the interruption of service provision due to the above prohibited items, it may be necessary to submit materials such as reflections from an educational point of view, and it may be judged whether or not to resume after reviewing the submitted materials.

◆個人情報の利用等に関する規約◆

本サービスにおいて申込者から提供された情報は以下の目的に使用します。

・サービス提供において必要な文書作成・郵送・身分証提出等

・身分を確認するための調査

・官庁等から身分情報の提供を求められたとき

・申込者に同意を得たうえでの第三者に対する情報提供等

・その他申込者に同意を得た上で情報を提供する場合

​弊社では申込者より提供された個人情報について第三者に漏洩しないように最善の手段を尽くしますが、サイバー攻撃、サーバー・プロバイダー側での情報漏洩、その他災害等の理由によりやむを得ず漏洩してしまう場合があります。その場合、弊社では一切の責任を取りません。予めご了承の上、情報提供をお願いいたします。

◆Terms of Use of Personal Information◆

The information provided by the applicant in this service will be used for the following purposes.

・Preparation of documents required for service provision, mailing, submission of ID, etc.

・Survey to confirm your identity

・When requested by government agencies to provide identification information

・Providing information to a third party with the consent of the applicant

・When providing information after obtaining consent from the applicant

​We will do our best not to leak the personal information provided by the applicant to a third party, but it will be unavoidable due to cyber attacks, information leakage on the server provider side, and other reasons. It may happen. In that case, we do not take any responsibility. Please acknowledge this before providing information.
